By accessing this website or booking any of our services, sessions, events, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. General Information Annie Salado provides sound healing sessions, private sessions, group sound baths, virtual experiences, and wellness products. All bookings, purchases, and participation in events are subject to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Bookings & Payments • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. • Sessions and events must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or event. • No-shows without notice may result in the loss of the reservation and payment. • If Annie Salado needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new date or a full refund. 4. Private Sessions & Events at Your Location • Private sessions may take place at your location or an agreed venue. • If a space has been reserved or rented for your session, that cost may be non-refundable. • Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 5. Refunds • Group event bookings are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Annie Salado. • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your space to another person with prior notice. 6. Personal Responsibility & Liability • All participants attend sessions at their own responsibility. • Annie Salado is not responsible for injuries, emotional responses, or outcomes that may occur during or after sessions. • If you have any medical or psychological condition, you should consult your healthcare provider before attending and inform us of any relevant concerns. • Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. 7. Products • Eye pillows are non-returnable. • If there is an error with your order, please contact us and we will gladly resolve the situation. • All products are designed to support relaxation and meditation practices. 8.
